Your body has hair follicles, tiny sacs that line the skin cells. The pigment cells in the hair follicles are known as melanin. These cells give your hair its color. However, over time, the hair follicles can lose their pigment, causing the hair to turn white. As white hair ages, white hair strands can appear at any age – even while in school or college. If you are in your teens or early 20’s, you may find one or more strands of white hair. There may be ways to restore pigmentation, depending on the cause.

Why is premature maturity?

Genetic causes: If someone at home has this premature maturity, then you may have no doubt about it. Genes affect our lives a lot, so this prematureness can also happen.

Stress: Stress is a part of everyday life. Consequences of chronic stress may include: sleep problems, anxiety, changes in appetite, high blood pressure.

Stress can also affect your hair. So if you notice an increase in the number of your white hair, you should control your stress.

Autoimmune: An autoimmune disease can cause premature graying of hair. This is when the body’s immune system attacks its own cells. In the case of alopecia and vitiligo, the immune system can attack the hair and cause damage.

Hormones: Hormonal changes due to thyroid problems such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism – can also be responsible for premature white hair. An overactive or obsolete thyroid can cause your body to produce less melanin. This can lead to premature maturation.

Mineral deficiency: White hair at a young age can also indicate a deficiency of vitamin B-12. This vitamin plays an important role in your body. It gives you energy, plus it contributes to healthy hair growth and hair color. Your body needs vitamin B-12 for healthy red blood cells that carry oxygen to your body cells, including hair cells. A deficiency can weaken hair cells and affect melanin production.

Smoking: Smoking restricts blood vessels, which can reduce blood flow to the hair follicles and damage the hair. Additionally, the toxins in cigarettes can damage various parts of your body, including your hair follicles, resulting in gray hair at first.

Let’s look at some home remedies:

 

 

 

1) Oil

Coconut Oil Massage coconut oil into hair and scalp every other day, before bed. Wash your hair as usual the next morning. And another method you can use is aloe vera gel which is mixed with coconut oil and applied to the hair. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) Powder 2 tbsp- Heat 3 tbsp. Boil the mixture till coconut oil turns black, apply it on your hair after it cools down a bit. Heat coconut oil until a handful of curry leaves are crushed. Cool and apply on scalp.

You can eat curry leaves. It contains multivitamins and iron which helps prevent premature aging. In addition, other oils or ayurvedic oils such as Brinjamalakadai oil, herbal oils such as Brahmi Brinjaraja oil can be applied on the scalp to prevent premature aging. Mix almond oil, lemon juice and amla juice in equal parts. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp.

2) Drink herbal juice

Drink fresh wheatgrass juice every day or mix 1 tablespoon of this juice in your soup and smoothie every day. Drink fresh amla juice every day or massage your hair with amla oil once a week. Drink carrot juice every day. Drinking this juice can save a lot from this prematurity.

3) Eat foods rich in catalysis

Foods rich in catalysis can solve this problem. Catalase. Eat foods rich in enzyme catalase such as: garlic, cabbage, sweet potato, kale, broccoli, almonds etc. However, remember that if there is larvae in any food, it is better not to eat it. Do not force-feed.

4) Other foods

Other foods that can relieve premature ejaculation are ginger, sesame, horse odor, etc. You can mix ginger with honey. You can eat a handful of black sesame seeds. And you can smell and drink horse. These foods help prevent premature aging.

5) Jaba tree leaves

These juices are made at home, applied to the hair, to get rid of premature aging. You can soak the leaves and flowers of Jaba tree in water overnight and wash your hair with this water the next morning. Jaba flower nutrients can help make your hair black. Put the juice of an onion in a blender and then use a sieve. Rub this juice on the scalp twice a week, leave it for 30 minutes and then shampoo as usual.

You will definitely benefit from using the above methods. But remember, don’t worry too much about this or suffer from inferiority complex as it may cause more physical damage. Premature aging will never ruin your inner beauty.
