>> After eating, the body will surely want to relax! However, do not lie down for the comfort of the body without making a mistake. Ayurveda says that the body’s metabolism decreases during sleep. So if you go to bed after eating, the body will not be able to digest food. So sleep at least 1-2 hours after eating.

>> Do not drink water after eating. According to experts, you can drink water between meals. However, it is better not to drink water for half an hour before or after eating. This can slow down the digestion.




>> Do not go out immediately after eating. According to Ayurveda experts, exposure to the sun after eating increases blood circulation to the skin. On the other hand, the rate of blood flow in the abdomen or other parts of the body decreases. This can cause digestive problems.

>> Never exercise after eating a full meal. According to Ayurveda, it is difficult to digest food if you exercise during this time. You can’t even go out to eat.

>> Blood flow and nerve sense flows to the stomach for digestion of food after eating. It is better not to do things that require the use of the brain at such times. According to experts, taking a bath after eating makes the body cold. And the body needs to be warm to digest food. So if you take a bath after eating, the food is not digested, but gastric, indigestion and other problems can occur.
